About Us
Meet Dr. Jones
Dr. Jones has been practicing for 27 years, teaching for 20 years, and has
three degrees. Dr. Allan Jones is a native of the South Bay.
- Grew up in San Pedro and Torrance, graduating from South High
School in Torrance.
- Received two undergraduate degrees from UC Irvine and studied
dentistry at the University of the Pacific.
- After graduation, he set up a practice in the South Bay in 1979,
and he has been practicing there since.
Dr. Jones contributes to excellence among dentists.
- On the faculty at the USC school of dentistry since 1984. He
has taught on bite related issues, facial pain and restorative dentistry.
- A contributing editor for the California Dental Association Journal.
- Dr. Jones is a member of The American Dental Association, The California Dental Association, The American Academy of Orofacial Pain, The American Academy of Osseointegration, The Newport Harbor Academy, and The Western Dental Society.
